Lootex is a marketplace for trading NFTs related to gaming. Users can create, buy, sell, trade, and showcase their NFTs on Lootex. All transactions, including sales, purchases, and trades, are facilitated by smart contracts on the Ethereum or other blockchain. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Lootex does not hold or control your NFTs and is not responsible for any transactions or disputes between users.
Lootex charges fees for certain transactions, such as listing, buying, or selling NFTs. By using the Services, you agree to pay any applicable fees. Lootex reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time and will provide notice of any changes on the Site.
Lootex does not claim ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Services, including NFTs. However, by submitting, posting, or displaying content on the Services, you grant Lootex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the Services.

Lootex provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. Lootex disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lootex's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the six months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lootex is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Lootex agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Lootex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site or through other appropriate means. By continuing to access or use the Services after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lootex concerning your access to and use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
